At JTOPIA, we hope that our customers will be satisfied with their shopping experience. We will do our best to help you if you experience any problems or discomfort. 

 

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will only accept cancellations of orders in the following cases, and you may receive a refund depending on the payment method you use.  

・If the product is in the state before the start of arrangement 

・If the product is in pre-shipment condition 

 If your order has already been arranged or shipped, you cannot cancel your order. In this case, you may still return the item after receiving it, but please note that shipping, customs duties, and other fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please see the Exchanges section below for return details. 


Not eligible for cancellation  

・For personalized orders after the arrangement has started 

・In the case of customized products such as name engraving or laser engraving after the arrangement has started 

・Orders made to order  

・If you are ordering a special item that is not available on our website.

Exchanges 

Returns and exchanges due to the customer's convenience will be accepted by contacting us within 10 days of receiving the product, and only if the product is in unused condition. In that case, all shipping, customs duties, and handling fees will be borne by the customer. In addition, if there is a slight difference in the color of the product due to the device or environment, we will deal with the issue as an exchange at the customer's convenience. 

If you would like to return or exchange an item that is found to be damaged upon arrival, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the item. Please send us an email with a photo of the damaged or defective product or the product you received. At that time, please save all packaging materials in case the delivery company inspects the product for damage. We will deliver a replacement item as soon as it is ready. 

Based on the information you provide, our customer support team will check the condition of the product and provide you with a refund or replacement. If the product is out of print or unavailable, we may only offer a refund. If the item is found to be damaged upon arrival, or if the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for return and re-delivery. 

 

Refunds 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, you will receive an email notifying you that your return has been received. At that time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. If the original payment was made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, the refund may take up to 30 days. 

Refunds apply only to the product price; shipping, customs duties, and handling fees are not refunded. Please note that the customer is responsible for the initial shipping fee, return shipping fee, return fee, customs duties, and handling charges. Please also note that under no circumstances will we reimburse you for more than the product price. 

Payment method: For refunds via bank transfer, please note that the refund amount will be converted into Amazon Gift Card, Apple Gift Card, etc., and then the code will be sent to you via email. . Please note that if you wish to receive a refund by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee at the time of refund. 

If you have not received your refund after one month, please first check your credit card company account or bank account. After that, please contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. 

Please note that under no circumstances will we reimburse you for more than the cost of the product. Please also note that you are responsible for paying any customs duties and making any arrangements required by your country's customs office. If you refuse to pay or process these taxes, your product will be returned to us. We will then refund your order amount after deducting the actual shipping charges charged by the shipping carrier and the shipping costs for returning the package to us.
