Oil Droplet Tenmoku Loved by Hideyoshi and Nobunaga
It is said that generals and tea enthusiasts of the Warring States period, such as Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Oda Nobunaga, had a deep affection for Oil Droplet Tenmoku. Oil Droplet Tenmoku refers to tea bowls where black glaze contains golden and silver crystals, giving the appearance of oil droplets floating. Throughout history, Tenmoku tea bowls have been treasured as masterpieces among tea enthusiasts. When held up to the light, you can enjoy the sparkling dragon-scale-like expressions even more.

Gleam of Genuine Gold
This coffee cup utilizes a ceramic technique called "Kin Fukuwa" (decorating the rim with genuine gold), adding a dazzling impression with a graceful outline of the oil droplet Tenmoku, reminiscent of the deep abyss turning into glistening drops of oil.

Coffee Cup Pursuing Aesthetic and Functionality
The concept of balancing functionality and beauty, known as "Yo no Bi" in Japanese, considering the user's perspective, is faithfully passed down in this Arita ware coffee cup. The slight curvature of the rim and the exquisite feel that comfortably fits in the hand can be perceptively experienced through the senses.

Recipient of Nitten Special Selection Award
Trueemon, awarded the prestigious Nitten Special Selection at Japan's largest art exhibition, presents this JTOPIA special limited edition to commemorate the achievement. The Dragon Scale Oil Droplet Tenmoku is carefully selected for its beautiful patterns among the highly valued Oil Droplet Tenmoku, favored by Nobunaga and Hideyoshi. It's a challenging technique, and many pieces are discarded during firing in the kiln.

Luxurious Coffee Cup for a Lifetime
Crafted from the finest natural porcelain stone sourced from Kyushu Amakusa, this Arita ware coffee cup, fired at an ultra-high temperature of 1300 degrees, offers a silk-like touch, hardness, and low water absorption. Easy to clean with minimal susceptibility to stains, it lacks the earthy scent of pottery, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma of your beverage. Excellent in heat retention and cooling, it can be used in various settings regardless of age or generation.
