Recipient of the Nitten Tokusen Award
At the pinnacle of Japanese art exhibitions lies the Nitten, the largest art exhibition in Japan. True to its name, this coffee cup from JTOPIA is a special limited edition piece commemorating the artist Shin'emon's receipt of the prestigious Nitten Tokusen (Special Selection) award. The Galaxy glaze is a unique technique developed by Shin'emon, inspired by the Yohen Oil Spot Temmoku that was highly prized by warlords like Nobunaga and Hideyoshi. It is a testament to Shin'emon's innovative ceramic craftsmanship.

Exceptional Ease of Use
Crafted from porcelain, this coffee cup is exceptionally durable. It requires no special maintenance and is safe for use in dishwashers and microwaves. The saucer is a versatile dish that can be used for various purposes, from serving tea snacks to cakes, adding an elegant touch to your table.

Enhancing the Aroma of Coffee
Made from premium Japanese clay and fired at an ultra-high temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius, this porcelain cup, unlike pottery, has no earthy odor. It allows you to savor your daily cup of coffee with a special aroma.

An Elegant Coffee Cup for Adults
Whether you are enjoying a fragrant cup of coffee or using it as a cup and saucer, this set exudes a sense of luxury. The smooth porcelain texture and gentle curved silhouette harmonize naturally in any setting. Enjoy a pleasant afternoon moment with this coffee cup.

Glaze Covers Up to the Base
The glaze extends up to the base of the cup, ensuring that it looks beautiful from any angle. The meticulously polished base, the artist's signature, and every detail reflect the artist's dedication to their craft.

A Unique Gift
Due to variations in the formation of patterns and crystals during the firing process, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind. This coffee cup comes in an elegant paulownia box with an engraved name, making it suitable for various gift occasions, including retirement and milestone celebrations.

The work is very beautiful and you can see that it is elaborate.

I sent it to my mother as a birthday present. The color and design have a luxurious feel to them, and they really like them.

Custom-made wooden box.

I was considering a pair of coffee cups and decided to inquire about combined packaging. To my delight, they offered to make a special wooden box for the pair, and even better, it was free! I only had to wait about a week for the box to be made and shipped. The special coffee cups became even more unique in their custom box, and the recipient was really happy with them!

銀河とコーヒーが合います

思っていた以上に、ぼやっとした感じの色模様でした。ただ銀河の模様はすごく美しく、眺めてみても飽きません。焼き物の色合い的にコーヒーの色に合いそうな気がします。

For a retirement gift

We all chipped in at the office to get something for my boss, who's been super supportive. I thought it'd be nice for him and his wife to enjoy together, so I went with a pair gift. Hope they love it!
