Manage your account

Cancellation of usage contract by our company

If the Company cancels the contract pursuant to the provisions of this article, paid usage fees will not be refunded. Attribution of rights

Court of competent jurisdiction
In the event that a problem or dispute that arises between a user and the Company in connection with these Terms of Membership cannot be resolved through negotiation and a lawsuit becomes necessary, the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of first instance.
Language
The solo and only governing language of this Membership Agreement shall be Japanese.If another translation hereof is made for reference purpose, only the Japanese version shall be regarded as original and have the effect of a contract and such language translation shall have no legal effect.
