Delivery Date
Most items will be shipped within one week of your order. Please note that if you would like some services such as the option to have a name engraved, or if you are ordering or making to order items, it may take more than a week to ship.
・If you order by bank transfer (prepayment), arrangements will be made after payment is confirmed.
・ If you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped together.
・Products that are out of stock, works of art, large orders, etc. may take longer to be delivered. In that case, we will contact you by email.
Once your item is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please use the tracking number to determine the approximate arrival date of your product.
Delivery Agency
Normally, we will use International Express Mail (EMS) to deliver your order, but to some areas we will use Yamato Transport International Takkyubin, DHL, or Fedex.
Customs duties and import taxes
Please note that in all cases it is your responsibility to pay any customs duties applicable to your order and to provide all documentation required by the receiving country's customs office.
The products you order are considered imported. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and other taxes in your country. These fees may be charged when the package arrives in your country. Additionally, these charges are not included in payments made on our website.
